Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Launch Flow Inc are final and non-refundable.

By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that Launch Flow Inc allocates resources, personnel, expertise, planning, and development efforts specifically to the client's project. As such, completed work, work in progress, consultations, strategy sessions, research, planning, design, development, and project management services are non-refundable.

2. Deposits and Initial Payments

All deposits, retainers, onboarding fees, discovery fees, and initial project payments are non-refundable.

These payments compensate Launch Flow Inc for reserving development resources, project planning, business analysis, discovery activities, and project scheduling.

3. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project at any stage:

• No refunds shall be issued.
• All completed work remains billable.
• All outstanding invoices become immediately due.
• Launch Flow Inc may cease all work and access upon cancellation.

4. Milestone Payments

Payments associated with completed or partially completed milestones are non-refundable.

Client approval, use of deliverables, or progression to subsequent milestones constitutes acceptance of work performed.

5. Delays Caused by Client

If a project is delayed due to a client's failure to provide information, approvals, content, access credentials, or feedback, no refund shall be provided.

Launch Flow Inc reserves the right to place inactive projects on hold and may charge reactivation fees.

6. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Change in business priorities
• Budget constraints
• Internal business decisions
• Market conditions
• Staffing changes
• Failure to launch a business or product
• Dissatisfaction with subjective preferences after approved revisions have been delivered

7. Third-Party Costs

Fees paid to third-party providers including hosting companies, cloud providers, software vendors, domain registrars, advertising platforms, API providers, payment processors, and software subscriptions are non-refundable.

8. Performance Disclaimer

Launch Flow Inc does not guarantee:

• Revenue generation
• Business growth
• Fundraising success
• Investor interest
• User acquisition
• Product-market fit
• Search engine rankings
• Advertising performance
• Platform approvals
• Specific commercial outcomes

Therefore, refunds will not be granted based on business performance or expected outcomes.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Launch Flow Inc before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback for services rendered, work performed, or contractually agreed payments may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services
• Project termination
• Recovery actions for unpaid balances
• Collection of legal and administrative costs where permitted by law

10. Exceptional Circumstances

Any refund granted by Launch Flow Inc shall be entirely at the company's sole discretion and shall not create any obligation or precedent for future refunds.
