1. About Launch Flow Inc

Launch Flow Inc is a SaaS & Software Venture Studio providing software development, web application development, mobile application development, AI solutions, product strategy, consulting, automation, and related technology services.

2. Services

All services are provided according to the scope, proposal, quotation, statement of work, or agreement approved by the client.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, timelines, and approvals.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and project requirements.
• Deliver content, assets, credentials, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Review deliverables and provide approvals within reasonable timeframes.
• Maintain ownership and legality of all materials supplied to Launch Flow Inc.

Delays in client communication or approvals may affect project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:

• Clients retain ownership of content, trademarks, and proprietary materials they provide.
• Ownership of custom-developed deliverables transfers upon full payment of all invoices.
• Launch Flow Inc retains ownership of internal tools, frameworks, methodologies, templates, libraries, and pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Payments

Invoices are payable according to the payment schedule outlined in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Failure to make payments may result in:

• Suspension of work
• Delayed delivery
• Restricted access to project assets
• Termination of services

All fees are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions

Projects include only the revisions specified in the approved proposal or agreement.

Additional revisions or change requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business, technical, financial, and operational information shared during the engagement.

8. Third-Party Services

Launch Flow Inc may recommend or integrate third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, payment processors, APIs, or tools.

We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, service interruptions, or policies of third-party providers.

9. Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While Launch Flow Inc strives to deliver high-quality solutions, we do not guarantee:

• Specific business outcomes
• Revenue growth
• Funding success
• Search engine rankings
• Platform approvals
• User adoption

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch Flow Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the applicable agreement.

Any completed work, accrued fees, and outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination.

12. Changes to Terms

Launch Flow Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
